Salvation is the deliverance from penalty of sin; redemption. Accepting Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, allows you to gain eternal life. Sin is violating God's Word. Romans 10: 8-10 and 13. The Bible declares that if we confess with our mouth and believe in our heart that Jesus Christ is Lord, then we would be saved. It is a promise and a Covenant (agreement) between God and His people."...If you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame." Romans 10:9-11 NIV)
